Overview
Join us for the 3rd Annual Big Pirate Run taking place at Garry Point Park Sunday 22nd September.
Suitable for all ages and abilities including strollers and leashed dogs.
This themed run offers a 5km/10km/15km AND 21.1km (half marathon) along The West Dyke and Middle Arm Trails,
as well as a 1-3km Little Pirate Run/Walk (10:00am) around scenic Garry Point Park.
Run with your ship mates, enjoy door prize giveaways and more.
With minimal inclines and stable gravel trails, everyone is assured a beautiful and stress-free run/walk. The route is for all ages and abilities. Pet & Stroller Friendly

How to get there
The site is easily accessible by local transit, as well as by bicycle and walking via local trails and paths..

Transit: Closest stop is Bus 406 with a stop on Chatham St at Seventh Ave
Bus 401 has a stop a short walk away at Chatham St and Fourth Ave.
Both buses connect from Canada Line Station Richmond Brighouse

If you are planning on driving please car share, both for the environment and to allow plenty of space for fellow participants and residents.

Limited Parking is available at Garry Point Park
Alternatively restricted parking is available on local streets and in Steveston Village (a short walk away).
